Our Philosophy

Our philosophy recognises how we behave always involves a choice. We choose how to behave based on what we know at the time and what we are most capable of doing to meet one or more of our basic human needs. At Warrigal we believe these needs are the general motivation for everything we do.

Older people should every day have the opportunity to be themselves and experience:
